Doug serves as the Global Senior Pastor for the Multiply Family of Churches, an apostolic network of twelve churches spanning four continents. Doug is also the Lead Pastor of Multiply Church in Concord, NC and an adjunct professor at Southeastern University, equipping leaders, pastors, and churches to experience the fullness of the Christian life. With advanced degrees in theology and ministry from George Fox University, the University of Wales, Bangor, and Southeastern University, he blends deep biblical insight with dynamic, practical application.
